1. Who We Are
Kingfinity Creator is a YouTube analytics and growth platform operated by Kingfinity Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (contact: support@kingfinitycreator.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service at kingfinitycreator.com.
2. YouTube Data Access
Kingfinity Creator connects to your YouTube account via Google OAuth 2.0. We request the following access scopes:
- youtube.readonly — read your channel and video data
- yt-analytics.readonly — read your YouTube Analytics data
- userinfo.profile / userinfo.email — identify your account
We never post on your behalf.
All YouTube access is strictly read-only. We do not publish videos, post comments, send messages, manage subscriptions, or take any action on your YouTube channel or account. We will never request write permissions.
3. Data We Collect
Account data
Name, email address, and profile picture collected at sign-up via Google OAuth or email/password.
Channel analytics data
We store channel analytics data in our database, including subscriber counts, watch hours, view counts, video performance metrics, and daily growth figures. This data is used to power your dashboard, calculate your channel health score, and generate AI growth recommendations.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or full payment details — only a record of your plan status (free or pro) and the transaction confirmation.
Usage data
Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
4. How We Use Your Data
- Display your YouTube channel statistics on your dashboard
- Generate AI action plans and growth recommendations
- Calculate your channel health score and days-to-monetization estimate
- Send weekly growth reports (Pro plan, opt-in)
- Process and verify payments
- Respond to support inquiries
- Improve our product
We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security enabled. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use Supabase Auth for secure session management. YouTube OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to fetch your channel data.
6. Third-Party Services

- Razorpay — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered recommendations
- Vercel — application hosting
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google or YouTube data with any third parties.
The only services that receive your data are:
- Supabase (database storage) — stores your channel statistics to display your dashboard
- Anthropic Claude API — receives anonymised channel metrics to generate your AI action plan
- Vercel (hosting) — serves the application
We do not share your Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other parties. Your data is never used for advertising purposes.
8. Google API Limited Use Policy
Kingfinity Creator's use of Google user data is limited to the following purposes only:
- Displaying your YouTube channel statistics on your personal dashboard
- Calculating your monetization progress
- Generating personalised AI growth recommendations
We do not use Google user data for:
- Serving advertisements
- Building user profiles for third parties
- Any purpose unrelated to providing the Kingfinity Creator service
Kingfinity Creator's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@kingfinitycreator.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data and channel analytics within 30 days. You can also revoke Kingfinity Creator's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions.
10. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
