1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Kingfinity Creator (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Kingfinity Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (contact: support@kingfinitycreator.com). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kingfinity Creator is a YouTube analytics and AI growth platform that connects to your YouTube channel (read-only), tracks your monetization progress, and provides AI-generated recommendations to help you reach the YouTube Partner Program (YPP).
3. Subscription Terms
Free Plan
Available at no cost. Includes core dashboard features: live channel stats, YPP progress tracking, channel health score, and basic AI action plans. No credit card required.
Pro Plan
$9/month billed monthly. Includes all Pro features: unlimited AI content tools, advanced analytics, keyword research, weekly growth reports, and priority support. During the launch period, this price is locked in for early adopters.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically each month unless cancelled. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by contacting us at support@kingfinitycreator.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the following month.
- Your account reverts to the Free plan automatically.
- Your data and channel connections are retained on the Free plan.
Self-service cancellation in the dashboard is coming soon. Until then, email us and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
5. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable. If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@kingfinitycreator.com and we will review your case. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — your access continues until then. Refunds are not issued for partial months.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method through Razorpay.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale
- Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service
- Use AI-generated content from the Service to spam, deceive, or mislead viewers
- Attempt to circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Impersonate Kingfinity Creator or its team members
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated action plans and growth projections are estimates only — we do not guarantee specific results, subscriber growth, or monetization outcomes. YouTube's algorithm is outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingfinity Creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
